We may temporarily retain limited metadata about your usage, such as word counts and timestamps, for the purpose of enforcing rate limits and usage quotas associated with your plan. This metadata does not include the actual content of your essays.

Your account information (name, email, subscription details) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

• Payment Processing (Polar): Handles all payment transactions and subscription billing. Polar collects and processes your payment information directly. We do not have access to your full payment card details.
• AI Model Providers: Your submitted text is sent to third-party AI model providers for detection and humanization processing. These providers process the text in real time and do not retain it after the request is completed.
• Analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage analytics that help us understand how users interact with our platform and identify areas for improvement.
